Hi, we are The Green Company. We are your source for cleaner, greener household products and we’re delighted to have you as our customer, and that you trust us with your information. We’d like you to have full confidence in the way we handle the information you entrust us with, and the information below is designed to describe what we do, why we do it, what your legal rights are, and more. We are the controller of your information, with the exception of your payment information such as card data and bank information.

If you have any queries, or if you think we have missed something, please let us know and we will look into it asap, and remedy things where necessary.

Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g.  card number, card type, expiration date) that is collected when you purchase, order, or return goods to us, is stored either by Shopify or PayPal. The Green Company have no access to this data. Please click the link to the respective merchant to view how they process your data.

 

If We Sell The Green Company

If we reorganise or sell all or a portion of our assets, undergo a merger, or are acquired by another entity, we will transfer your information to the new organisation and let you know about the change of ownership. Obviously we will give you a simple option to not transfer your data to the new organisation before we transfer it.
